Next To Me hitmaker Emeli Sandé, Olympian Jessica Ennis-Hill, and model Laura Bailey have joined forces to support this year's Fashion Targets Breast Cancer campaign, with proceeds from the sale of specially designed clothes going to Breakthrough Breast Cancer.

Sandé, whose friend Narcisse passed away from the disease, said 'Wear your support and help make a difference in the fight against this terrible disease'.
